At Thriving Rivers School Psychological and Educational Services, we are committed to providing high-quality psychological and educational consultation services. Because our work involves time, preparation, and the reservation of exclusive appointment slots, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

All services rendered (including consultations, assessments, and scheduled sessions) are non-refundable once provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.

3. Prepaid Packages or Services

  • If a client purchases a multi-session package and chooses not to use all sessions, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any completed sessions and an administrative fee, at the discretion of the provider.

  • Any eligible refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase.

4. Workshops, Groups, and Events

  • For events such as webinars, groups, or workshops, refunds may be issued if the cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise stated in the event terms.

5. Technical Errors or Payment Issues

If you believe a payment error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us at thrivingriversllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be promptly corrected.
